Very professional and friendly. Tremendous cleanup after the trees were removed. Will definitely use again in the future.

We thought we had scheduled them to clean gutters and remove debris from roof - but discovered they were coming out to give an estimate only. That said, once we approved the estimate, they managed to fit in our work later the same day. Our only complaint was they did not clean up all the debris thrown onto the ground around the house. In fairness, I don't think we specified we wanted that done - we just assumed it was part of the job.

We hired them to trim/remove trees and repair a walkway. After initial contact they came the next day to look at the job and provide an estimate. They showed up as promised to do the job and completed the work quickly and efficiently and per the estimate. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them and have already done so.

Very promtp and on time for our initial meeting. Speedy and extremely fair decision on cost of work. To my delight they were able to start immediately and thoroughly completed the job the same day. They are very personable and extremely proficient. I was very happy and satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend thier services and will definitely use them for any future work.

The crew that came to do the work were very professional and arrived on time. Elizabeth was very professional and nice when I spoke to her for the initial quote on the work to be done. Overall they did a great job and would use their service again in the future.

Kevin Putnam and his staff did an excellent job on very clogged gutters. They bagged up all trash and left everything very clean. I highly recommend Putnam's Home and Garden Services.

Kevin and Elizabeth were wonderful to deal with. They are professional and hard working. They do what they say they are going to and when they say they will. This is rare with contractors these days. We would recommend them without reservation.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Very responsive. Scheduling was easy. They arrived promptly at scheduled time for both the estimate and job. Our scheduled date was the day of the November snow/ice storm and they still showed up as planned, and did a great job. We will definitely use them again.

Awesome Team! Hired to trim an established river birch tree. They arrived on schedule, performed the work, cleaned up and did not leave until I was satisfied. Highly recommend!

Too bad I can't upload pictures; I have some WONDERFUL shots to demonstrate the high quality of the work that was completed. These are professional folks who do top quality work. Facts: 1. They arrived on time 2. They cleaned up after themselves (they wanted to vaccuum too, but my husband's picky about this and wanted to do the vaccumming himself) 3. You can't tell that any kind of repair was done at all! One of the 2 spots that needed repairing had been previously repaired before I bought the home. You could CLEARLY tell that a sloppy repair had been made. One day, my son killed a spider on the wall, and his whack on the wall pushed in the drywall, causing the need for this 2nd repair. Like I said further above, Putnam's Home and Garden Services fixed both this spot and another spot so PERFECTLY that you can't tell any repairs were ever needed! I'd hire these folks again without hesitation. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 out of 5 is because there was a little bit of initial confusion via text (indicated they were going to call me, and I waited all day but they didn't call me; turns out they intended to send me a follow-up text, but hadn't actually sent it, and they were very apologetic); but just being honest here. Sometimes miscommunication happens with today's technology. But this is certainly no reason not to use this professional, top quality service. And again, sure wish I could upload pictures to show the bad work that someone else did *before* Putnam came, and show the *after* picture, after Putnam fixed it! Truly wonderful work, and I'm very thankful.

Putnam Fence responded quickly, showed up promptly, and gave great advice.

They were very responsive, came out to view project and provide estimate when they said they would, did the work I wanted & completed the job quickly, despite the rain injected by Mother Nature! They were so good, I added a few extra tasks & they quickly adjusted. We were very pleased & would hire them again if needed.

Putnams Home and Garden did an excellent job repairing our fence. The communication was very good, and a much better experience than I have had dealing with other contractors. I will definitely be hiring them in the future for other projects that we have.
