Excellent, very thorough.

The inspector was very professional and knowledgeable, documenting his findings with digital photographs throughout the home. He identified satisfactory and sound aspects as well as those that needed attention, and demonstrated his findings for us as we went through the home with him. He answered all of our many questions with patience and respect, and finished by reviewing his report with us to clarify any remaining questions/terms.

Mick and Macon Piercy are very knowledgeable and thurough. They educate buyers on home systems and answer all of buyers questions. I have used them for on multiple inspections and they have always done an excellent job. I highly recommend their service!

Fantastic. I would never use anyone else. On these two occasions, they crawled like terriers into the roof and crawl spaces and discovered water damage to the structure that made us walk away from the house. In one case, they found the damage even though the owner had tried to conceal it. On the other occasion, they took apart a closet to get to the crawl space - having seen evidence of the problem from outside - and discovered a real mess that the current owner's home inspection had missed five years ago. They saved us easily $100k in repairs on each house. And not only that, but they did the report on an iPad as they worked, and had the report substantially complete at the end of the site visit. Wow! What a great example of old school skill and new school tech. Five stars!

Mick arrived before the appointment time. I followed him around the whole time. It took about 2 hours. He was easy going and answered all my questions. Since I was a first time home owner, he gave me tips on keeping the place maintained and gave me a booklet. The inspection was completed on an ipad and emailed the same day. He checked all the outlets, appliances, fans, lights, windows, ect.
I assume the price was fair since my online research indicated home inspections cost $300-500. He only took a check, no credit cards.

Overall the home inspection went very well. Mr. Piercy took time to walk us through the inspection and answer all our questions.
