This is absolutely the best tree service company we have ever used. Melissa and her crew were thorough, professional, and great to work with. We had a tree come through our house during the storm and saw Melissa working in our neighborhood. We stopped and talked to her and she called us as promised and gave us an estimate. She and her crew worked diligently until the work was done. I highly recommend Early Tree Service to everyone. Melissa is the owner and a licensed certified arborist and knows her stuff!!! Plus, she is honest in her recommendations and not out to just make money, her puts her integrity and good name first. I will be calling her with all of my future tree needs :)

Melissa's employee knocked on my door, asking if I wanted any tree work done. Since I had recently had our two oaks trimmed and am wary of unsolicited businesspeople selling me work at my front door, I declined. He left their business card. When I read on the card all of her certifications and that she was an arborist, I changed my mind and yelled down the street to the guy. Melissa soon joined him and showed me her notebook full of proof of her extensive and ongoing education, experience, and certifications. She gave me a good price and they got right to the job. These trees are about 40 feet tall and hadn't been trimmed professionally (the other guy who did them is NOT an arborist and didn't do a good job). Melissa and her crew of one worked quickly and professionally. She has a wood-chipper on her truck and it gobbled the limbs as they came down. She explained to me that wind needs to blow THROUGH a tree to prevent toppling, so you have to thin it out pretty good. They took out a lot of lower limbs, which opened up our lawn to get more sun (and hence, grass!). The job took several hours and was rather messy, but they had all the necessary, professional tools and cleaned up very well when they finished. A properly thinned-out tree looks shockingly butchered, but if you look at it long enough, you can see the tree looks healthier, happier, and better for it. In the months following the work, the trees filled out a little, we had far fewer acorns dropping on our cars, and high winds blew right through the trees, instead of bending them. I am very happy with the work performed and would absolutely recommend and hire this company again.
