He is not that available, but he really knows what he is doing. He is a little bit chatty when he comes, but again he is excellent in his work and I would certainly recommend him. I was getting some bounce on the floor if I walked across the room; I would hear the rattling of the chimes and I was afraid I had to find another place for it. He fixed it and made it happen. It was a year ago and the clock has been fine ever since. He didn’t charge me when he came back. I think he charged $125 to move it, and that included taking it down, moving it and putting it back up. I thought that was certainly reasonable. When I called him about the problem that I had with the chimes; he said that he had some work in my area the coming week. He asked me if it was okay if he stopped by and I said sure. That’s the way we did it, and he didn’t charge me and said he was out here anyway. I am certainly satisfied with Mr. Harding’s work, and I would absolutely recommend him to a family member or friend. His price was fair, and he came the day he said he was going to come. I will certainly use him again in the future.
