lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreIt had stopped working, and they fixed it. When they gave it back to us they forgot to put oil in it, so when we started it the lawn mower threw a rod and killed the engine. When we went back to them to see what they could do they refused to do anything at all. They completely denied that they were culpable. We reported this to the BBB and they would not respond to the BBB, so it remains an unresolved complaint.
Description of Work: We took our lawn mower in to get repaired.
