Timely, professional and friendly. Received online estimate same day requested. I called the next morning and Hank came out same day for site survey. He took the time to answer all of my questions, offered suggestions and provided final quote. After I met with another company, I decided to go with Powhatan Overhead doors and since the door I chose was in stock, I was able to do all of this and have my replacement door installed within one week. Installers were prompt, professional, friendly, explained door maintenance, hauled away the old door and cleaned up all work before departing. All for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.

I left a message about our problem and got an immediate call back. The repair was scheduled for the next day. The workers were friendly, professional, and punctual. They replaced the spring (which is not a small task) and lubricated both of our garage doors in what I consider to be an amazingly short amount of time. Everything works great. This is one of the most remarkable companies with which I have worked as a homeowner. I give them my highest possible recommendation!

My husband and I are new homeowners, and I accidentally backed into our garage door while backing up, causing one wheel to go off track. A coworker suggested Powhatan Garage doors, as he had gotten great service from them for his house, so I called them up to come out. They were able to get out to my house within a few days (I called on a Thursday, they came out on Monday). The gentleman was very nice and said it was an easy fix, and was done within an hour, even tuned up the garage door and it is so much quieter than it used to be, I can barely hear it open and close while in the house anymore. He also gave me some useful advice about the door. I was so happy that the cost was very reasonable and less than what I was expecting. Highly recommended!
