My Company currently has two employees and provide minor repairs on trim, siding (exterior), trim and sheetrock (interior) prior to painting the interior and exterior of homes new and old, ( insurance work) fire and water damaged homes, commercial and some light industrial painting. Payment is due upon completion of job and satisfaction of homeowner(s).

"I am responding to Ms. [Member Name Removed] in order to, hopefully, clear any misunderstandings. Ms [Member Name Removed] and I verbally discussed the itemized bill, which she will be provided a copy. I believe that Ms. [Member Name Removed] and I had a good working relationship through the entire job. The discussions we had to iron out the issues concerning the job were all resolved to the best of my knowledge. Ms [Member Name Removed] and I did not argue and I actually understood and tried to resolve her concerns . It is unfortunate that in retrospect Ms. [Member Name Removed] feels that the issue with her windows was not resolved properly. I explained the problem and as a result of our conversation felt we both understood the issue, I do not think she is a "liar". I have been providing excellent service for homeowners and businesses for over 40 years. As always I feel it is my responsibility to resolve issues and to perform a superior job for my clients. It was my understanding that Ms [Member Name Removed] was satisfied with the end result as she made payment in full for all agreed services including the extra add on and I thank Ms. [Member Name Removed]."
