Their quality of work was good except their attention to detail like missing screws and leaving screws out. When they are putting things back together, they leave screws out and two of them were loose. They didn't re-insulate the pipe the way they should and pretty soon I had everything dripping in water. They did a sloppy job with re-insulating. The actual installation of the compressor and the filter was very well done. It was just the little details were lacking. I got the same price from three different people. I would probably use them in the future. I will be more careful with the details. I will make sure they take care of the details.

I called about my Rheem heat pump not making cold air on AC. I work a crazy schedule and was able to arrange access to the house for the tech. He diagnosed the problem. It took about a week to get the part due to shipping, weather, holiday, and unloading the truck. The tech returned and installed. I was disappointed with the amount of time it took to make the repair, but this is an excellent family run company. The prices are great and they do good work. A friend of mine actually refered this company to me before I checked Angies list for the reviews.

If I call somebody is there in the house within a day or so. The services are very prompt. The people that I deal with are very friendly. They always do a good job. I have used them several times.

Scott came out and gave an estimate and explained everything in detail. He did not over sell, just asked questions and gave me the best unit to fit my needs. They also had the best price. The unit was installed and then they explained how to program the thermostat to be the most efficient. I will use them again when my 2nd unit needs to be replaced.
