Bill showed up and checked the refrigerator for all possible problems and determined it to be the computer board. This is a Samsung refrigerator and hard to get parts for unless you used Samsung repair. Bill was able to get the part and came back as soon as the part was in and installed it. The price was extremely reasonable.
