My inquiry was answered same day by Robert Freeman. We discussed details of the job over the phone and he quoted me a price and set a date for the move. They are based in southern VA but serve many areas in central NC and they were scheduled to be in our area so we were scheduled for later that week. They arrived promptly at the appointed time and prepared the piano for the move. The move itself was impressive. Robert, his son, and a helper had planned each step in the move. Frankly, I was in awe of the planning and coordination they employed to maximize their leverage and move this heavy piano up through a tight space with not a scratch on the wall or even the slightest damage to the piano.
Throughout they were very pleasant and professional and I couldn't be happier with the job they did for us.
