Excellent. Taylor was great. He was communicative from the start, and walked me through the whole process. Did not get another quote after I spoke with him in fact, risky but worth it. Their product is better than the standard mold cleaner - this cleaned the mold deeply ingrained in the wood supports, the other contractor we used did not do this. They also give you a one year warranty on the work, which s worth the price.
