He is thorough. We completely trust him to diagnose our problem and tell us exactly what we need to do. We never worry about him overcharging us. He has helped us keep our old furnace and air conditioning limping along for years. He is going to try and get us a new system. During an emergency, he will come over right away to fix the problem. He is very responsive.
