We called Window Glass Repair DC on an emergency basis on a Sunday afternoon after the huge glass window for our sliding glass door to our deck was shattered by one of our children.  We needed help right away, and the company came right away, even though we are in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, they are in Alexandria, VA, and it was a Sunday afternoon.  They boarded up the window nice and securely to keep our house secure. We had an unusual request for replacement -- plexiglass rather than regular door glass, to make it less likely to break again.  They were fine with getting me a quote and did, and were very accommodating about the time they scheduled to come back to install it. In every way they were easy to work with, and friendly, and they even swept our deck with a broom before they left even though the deck only had leaves on it, not anything requiring cleanup because of their work.  They left the inside of our house clean as well. The firm does window restoration and replacement, sash cord replacements, store front repairs and show enclosures. We would call them again anytime we needed their services, and recommend them.
