I took the car in for service a week ago and everything is fine. The car is under warranty. We have a least car it is where we purchase it. They are just fine and it's the second car we have.

You make an appointment with them and they get you on time. It just depends on how much you have to have done. Sometimes it is several hours and sometimes you need to leave. The last time that I took it in there, I did not realize that it was going to be all day and they actually got me a ride back home. I live fairly close but it was really nice. My husband was at home so he could drive me back when it was finished but a lot of car dealerships would just say, "You are kind of on your own." And they said that it was going to take six to eight hours. That is an awful lot of time to just sit around at the dealership. I have always been very pleased with them. They have always been really nice and I have never had anything breakdown. The last appointment I made, I made it online Friday afternoon and got in Saturday morning at 8:00. My car is like about seven years old now. Of course, the older your car gets, the more stuff you have to have done. I have always been very happy with them and I am really happy that my car has never broken down. If I have to pay $2,000 a year to keep my car as it is, in that case replace the tire and the brakes which all cars are going to need new brakes and new tires at some point because these stuff just wear out, I am going to say that that sounds kind of reasonable to me. Everything works in my car. They have also always been very responsive. As long as I have my Volkswagen, I would use them and if I do get a new car, I would probably look at a Volkswagen.
