We were in the process of purchasing a home and we needed a pro inspect the house and see if there was any evidence of mold damage. Carlos and his college came check to house and they were very professional, checked the moisture level around the house and the basement, and also visually inspected behind the walls through the ducts and gave us their professional feedback.

Water & Mold Remediators completed two projects of mold remediation in our home. Carlos gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was excellent to work with, very professional. He frequently checked on how the projects were going to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. He did an excellent job of communication. The workers were always punctual and also cleaned up the area very well. I would recommend his company to anyone with mold issues.
