Great from beginning to end.  They were very quick to provide us with a reasonable quote and sent CAD drawings for a small down payment.  The production time was quick and they were flexible with the install date.  I worked mainly with Shannon on the phone who was very friendly and responsive to our needs.  The men who installed were also very nice and professional.  They got the job done in one day and the bookcases looked PERFECT when they were finished.  Thank you so much...I would definitely used Walmer for future custom cabinetry in the future.

Walmer built high-quality custom cabinets to our specifications for significantly less than big box stores quoted us for standard sized cabinets of comparable quality. They were very thorough in their measurements and in discussing the limitations and options for the space we were working with. They provided electronic drawings of the island we were building and revised them promptly every time we changed our minds about a detail. The cabinets are built locally and the turn-around time was 2-3 weeks. The staff are very friendly and accessible. Their showroom is small so it doesn't give you a sense of everything they can do. But if you've shopped around online and in showrooms and have a sense of what you want, they can make it for you. We will use them again when we redo the rest of the kitchen.

We had much needed built cabinets installed around our fireplace. We dealt mostly with Nancy on the phone. She's so nice, responsive and helpful. Judd came and did the design. He really know what he's talking about. He drew a beautiful design that matches our interior moldings perfectly and looks like it came with the house. They matched our color, came when they said they would and finished on time. The built-in came out beautifully, exactly as designed - we're happy with them every time we look at them. You can't ask for more.

They were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. They worked up plans for the unit, sent them to us at no cost, provided an estimate which detailed the total cost and then installed the wall unit over a two day period. Everything was done exactly as described and on time. The quality of their work was excellent. Construction used real wood and not MDF. This is the second time we used them, the first time was in 1989 and we would recommend them again.
