 + -1 moreBecause when I go in, I had to hangout. It gives me a chance to go do other shopping and just do general stuff. They use the oils that I want and they do a good job. Then, they clean and vacuum the inside of the car. So, they leave the car looking neat. So, I use them whenever I can. The cost was a couple of extra bucks because my Hyundai takes extra oil so I think it was a $75 or $80 range job with windshield wipers. They are fine. They have not failed to do what I asked them to do yet.
Description of Work: For auto service and oil changes when possible, I use Walmart. I had my Hyundai serviced there the last time. It was for an oil change and I think they also changed the windshield wipers.

 + -1 moreI liked it. The best thing was they actually had a Subway sandwich shop and I can have a Subway meatball sandwich for lunch while they got my work done.
Description of Work: For auto service and oil changes, I first used Walmart. I went there for a regular oil change.

 + -1 morePoorly! Unaware staff in Computer section. "Manually" processed my response...never used on line stock inventory or automated system! Early morning "Manager" explained/excused away their "lack of awareness and poor customer service ethic!" The only thought that cameTo mind : "You get what you pay for"... Ugh!!!
Description of Work: Checked Walmart on-line for "Neat scanner models"....found several options and good pricing for a Business Card/Receipt scanner. Verified that the items were "Stocked" in most Walmart store...then left for the store at 6:30 AM. Granted, the early crew are primarily "stockers" and not sales staff, but the 2 employees I approached neither knew about "Neat scanners, nor took any interest in looking up whether they carried it...both trudged off to check "back room stock" ...and left me hanging! I went ups to the storefront and requested a manager...10 minutes later he walked up! He explained that "...not all items are stocked in store and even though the on-line customer service stated that Neat items were in stores, that this was not always true, and his employees only know what's currently in stock...he had no answer for their unresponsive ness nor their lethargic behavior. I "ran" out of the store 35 minutes after entering!

I have never had a problem with a mix up or late prescriptions, and when they were out of one of my pills, in the full quantity she gave me a week and said it was on the house. They are professional, provide good customer service and their prices are also terrific.

 + -1 moreTOOK A LONG TIME TO GET TIRES SHIPPED IN, APPOINTMENT WAS QUICK AND TOOK THE ESTIMATED TIME ALLOTTED. THEY WERE PUZZLED BY THE QUANTITY OF FIVE TIRES, BUT WE GOT PAST IT.
Description of Work: PUT FIVE NEW TIRES ON 2000 JEEP WRANGLER. ORDERED TIRES FROM THE WEBSITE AND HAD THEM INSTALLED AT WALMART.

 + -1 moreI INITIALLY BROUGHT THE CAR IN AFTER WORK; WAS TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE A 2.5 HOUR WAIT. I DID NOT HAVE TIME, WAS ADVISED TO COME BACK IN THE MORNING (EARLY). I DID, BUT THE WAIT WAS STILL 90 MINUTES. VERY UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: AFTER A TIRE FAILURE, TOOK CAR INTO WALMART TIRE EXPRESS TO INSTALL TWO NEW TIRES (FAILED TIRE PLUS ANOTHER TIRE).
