Walmart- Alexandria

I liked it. The best thing was they actually had a Subway sandwich shop and I can have a Subway meatball sandwich for lunch while they got my work done.

Because when I go in, I had to hangout. It gives me a chance to go do other shopping and just do general stuff. They use the oils that I want and they do a good job. Then, they clean and vacuum the inside of the car. So, they leave the car looking neat. So, I use them whenever I can. The cost was a couple of extra bucks because my Hyundai takes extra oil so I think it was a $75 or $80 range job with windshield wipers. They are fine. They have not failed to do what I asked them to do yet.

Unaware staff in Computer section. "Manually" processed my response...never used on line stock inventory or automated system!
Early morning "Manager" explained/excused away their "lack of awareness and poor customer service ethic!"

The only thought that cameTo mind : "You get what you pay for"...

It went very well. I got free shipping to the store.

They are very good. They are very efficient. They keep in touch with me and if they have any problems with the prescription they let me know right away. They also will give me a call when the prescription is ready.

They charge $4 for the drug I need. I pick up the drugs once a month as it?s a 30 day supply. I go there only because of the price.

I have been going there for a long time and they know me by name. I have never had a problem with a mix up or late prescriptions, and when they were out of one of my pills, in the full quantity she gave me a week and said it was on the house. They are professional, provide good customer service and their prices are also terrific.

TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET TIRES SHIPPED IN, APPOINTMENT WAS QUICK AND TOOK THE ESTIMATED TIME ALLOTTED. THEY WERE PUZZLED BY THE QUANTITY OF FIVE TIRES, BUT WE GOT PAST IT.

I INITIALLY BROUGHT THE CAR IN AFTER WORK; WAS TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE A 2.5 HOUR WAIT. I DID NOT HAVE TIME, WAS ADVISED TO COME BACK IN THE MORNING (EARLY). I DID, BUT THE WAIT WAS STILL 90 MINUTES. VERY UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.
