They use some products I provide and some that they provide. I had to provide the rags. They do a good cleaning but it is not meticulous e.g, there some parts of the shower would be very clean, but other parts would still have mildew. The front of faucets were cleaned, but not the back sides at the base. It took a few visits to get them to stop cleaning the rest of the bathrooms with the same sponge they used on the toilets. Things would smell clean and the house was generally clean when they were done. But they damaged several items -- a number of things have scratch damage, wood furniture has moisture or cleaner damage (looks like damp rags were left on the surface), my wood floors have significantly more superficial scratches since Vicky started.
Description of Work: Vicky speaks good English, but the 2 or 3 girls that work with her do not speak English. They charged $150 for the first cleaning then $100 per visit every other week. General housecleaning for my home about 3,000 sq ft on 2 levels and a partially finished basement. They will make the bed, but they don't do the windows or inside the refrigerator. I don't know if they would do the extra tasks for an additional charge.
