I had an in-home evaluation, then I received my quote. Their representative explained how the move would happen. At the day of the move, they arrived on time, my furniture and belongings were carefully packed and transported to my new house. The movers worked fast and nothing was damaged during the move. Viceroy Moving did not have any hidden fees like other moving companies that I have used in the past. Overall, I was happy with their service and would use them again.

Viceroy Moving did an amazing job for our family relocation. Very polite, amazing customer service, we had a full size gym and great amount of boxes and other different size furniture. We used the same company before but for a smaller move, now they completely packed and moved our 4 bedroom house. We are definitely recommending Viceroy Moving to everybody who we know. I had the opportunity to work closely with Viceroy Moving on two separate projects within the last month. Both of these experiences were 100% fantastic!! Bobby is amazing, his crew is wonderful, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The first move (of a school) was a major project, including a library of about 20,000 books. We sought out quotes from five different companies, and the Viceroy quote was by far the most reasonable and realistic. Bobby came for a walkthrough, asked questions, and immediately provided helpful advice. A different company- who quoted us an astronomical price- told us that the move would take five days with a crew of 14 guys. But Bobby told me that his crew of four guys could complete the move in just 2 days. And he was right!! The crew showed up early, worked quickly and efficiently, and treated our items with great care- expertly wrapping fragile furniture, statues, artwork, and technology. There was tremendous attention to detail, and a clear desire to make sure that we were happy at every step of the process. Best of all, Bobby has a great sense of humor, and he put me completely at ease (on what should have been a couple of very stressful days). I was so happy with Bobby that I also hired him to do the move of my house. Again, his team was professional, friendly, and hardworking. For both moves, the price we were quoted was the same price that we paid. Bobby went over the paperwork with me in detail, explained the rates, and provided receipts. I honestly could not have been happier with how everything went. I recommend Viceroy wholeheartedly!!

Excellent from start to finish. If I could give them seven stars, I would. The movers came in on quote, arrived on time (early in fact), did everything on schedule and just as we agreed. They were friendly, honest, competent, and highly professional. They were also our most competitive quote (blowing the other companies we interviewed out of the water--we talked to four companies). We were so impressed after moving our small business that one of our employees decided to use Viceroy for a personal move. I highly recommend this company.

Crew shower up on time over two days. The move went smoothly and according to the agreed upon timeline.

It went exceptionally well, they were efficient, very polite, extremely aggreable to work with and they delivered my stuff to my new home it was a long trip from Virginia to Michigan, nothing was broken. It was exceptionally good.
