The technician arrived promptly. He requested to see the areas to be caulked. I showed him the bathrooms and the kitchen. He proceeded to caulk the tubs showers and toilets in the bathrooms; caulked the kitchen counters. He was very neat and the job looks great. I am very satisfied with the finished product. I was asked to pay for the caulk. That should have been stated up front. Since the job was a great deal (3 hours for 99.00) I didn't mind paying for the caulk. The technician was very personable and professional.
