We've used Steve Underwood in the past to remodel our attic before we moved into our house and to assist us with freeing a microwave from a poorly designed cabinet unit. In this instance, the shower diverter in our main bathroom failed and needed to be replaced. However, there was no way to access the plumbing short of tearing out tile in the tub. Steve brought in a second plumber who confirmed the diagnosis. He then gave us 2 estimates: one for re-doing the entire bathroom (it was remodeled about 10 years ago, but not very well; the last owners took a number of short cuts), and just a repair. While we decided to just do the repair, Steve and his crew arrived on time, got the work done quickly and without an issue. It's bought us some time until we redo the entire house. Even though it wasn't a big job, he gave us the attention we needed and was cheery throughout. We'd definitely use Steve again and can't say enough about the quality of the work.

They are excellent. They do a great job. The people are fine. They are very responsive. I have good experience with them. I would use them in the future.
