Child Care - Other, Child Care - Center
While the teachers and staff were very loving towards the kids, the management provided little to no communication with the parents. There was significant turnover especially in the lead instructors (we had 4 different lead instructors within a 6 month period) and there was never communication from management about these changes. Rather, when we noticed that a teacher was gone, we had to ask if they were returning or not. In addition, the facilities felt cramped and the children had to walk 3-4 blocks to play outside. Finally, the majority of the teachers spoke extremely limited English, which I normally wouldn't mind as long as the head instructors were fluent. However, due to the excessive turnover many times the regular teachers were covering and I had difficulty understanding any concerns or issues they may have with my child. We removed our child at age 16 months
