The Yard Man Lawn Service

The estimator came quickly and provided a written figure the same day. Once I called to order the service, the arrived promptly and wasted no time getting to work. The yard looks great!

The work was fantastic!! They came out promptly and gave us a thorough estimate for the work, made suggestions, identified a strategy to save a couple of trees. They came to the house on time and worked for three long, hot days to do the work. The result is a fantastic yard that we can use again. And it's been set up for easy maintenance going forward. They were awesome!!

They are very good, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them. They are very good. Its not exact. If its very hot, and the yard doesn't grow, they only cut what is there. They are priced lower than most lawn service around here. We had more than one. When we found this man, we gave him a try. He is five dollars a cut cheaper. They do an extremely good job. If he misses anything, you just point it out and he will go right back and do it. They do my trimmings. They clean the mess. They cut the yard. I have an acre and a half, and they do an extremely good job. The only time that I have ever said anything to him was when it was really wet. I told them to be careful, because they move quickly. I told them I am afraid the big mower will turn over. I told them they will get hurt. My back yard is very hilly. I just let them know that I was a little concern. They are a good bunch of guys.They are very polite. I am happy with them. I have had no problems with them, and I have recommended them to others. If I have something to work well for me, I tell them about them. These guys work well. My neighbor has Yard Man. I have used them for five or six years. Maybe longer. We have had them for quite a while. If I like them, I tend to hold onto them for a while. 

The contractor was extremely polite and professional on initial contact, explaining his services and working out a schedule. The only frustration was the delay in starting due to a lot of foul weather. During this time his other contracts understandably got backed up and the phone tag became a bit difficult for knowing just when our work would take place. Once they started, the crew was excellent. They were very responsive to our comments or requests and they were very neat and tidy in how they left their work area.

I phoned William, he answered (so lovely to have someone really answer the phone:)) and drove to two of my properties to give me a price quote/same day.  I begged him to just CUT one cause it was in really bad shape and he did without even meeting me... He cuts both properties every Friday without fail.  He has also removed OLD firewood from one home.  He is also on schedule to powerwash and paint a swingset in the backyard and start to mow another one of our properties!  SUPER HAPPY with William and his team!

The Lawn mowing is great.  For the past several months the yard man has delivered.  We did have a problem with the sod.  The sod in the back yard was fine... but the front yard sod died.  The Yardman came and replaced the sod.  In all the experience was great.

They are prompt. They just kind of come and do their thing and go away so it was good. One thing is that I wish they had an email so that we can converse a little bit better but it's really been fine. I think they had a great price.

Years 1 and 2 were worth it -- even giving them more work in Spring and Fall for cleaning up fence line, mulching, etc. 
Year 3 saw a reduction in quality.

This is the second year we use Yard Man services and we are very pleased.  Yard Man was able to adjust his schedule to meet our needs.  Then, when Yard Man arrived, brought a crew of men to complete the work on a timely manner.  When we compared his prices to two other "reputable" lawn and garden services, his price won.  Further, when we compared the work completed from other services to Yard Man, Yard Man was much better, hands down.

Their price is very reasonable. They will come out every Friday to cut the lawn. They can do small yard type construction and they have also laid a new sidewalk for us. They do really great work.
