The quality of the work was first class and their responsiveness to our needs was exceptional. We did feel the cost was a bit high, but nearly half of the costs were in new cabinetry. Overall a good experience during a very difficult construction period (Snowmageddon!).

The crew arrived promptly and completed the work exactly as Glenn had described and in the time frame promised. Glenn personally inspected the work once it was completed and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the job. We would not hesitate to call upon The Westchester Group again in the future.

They were very professional both in the estimate phase and getting the work done. They came when they said they would and got the job done in one day. They had the best value out of all the estimates we got. They cleaned up great and the roof looks great.

Glenn and Marty Graziano met with us several times to come up with a design that we would be happy with but was also within our budget. They introduced us to a couple of architects, one whom we chose (Charles Warren) to work with. Charles is extremely talented and has done an amazing job. The Westchester Group is small so we have had the luxury of having the owner (Glenn) involved in all of the mettings, planning, etc... Glenn has been "very hands on" which is what we were looking for. His knowledge of the building and construction process is outstanding; the project has continually moved forward with very few delays or down time. We are constantly told by friends and neighbors how impressed they have been with the quick progress and quality of work. The standards regarding quality of workmanship is top notch. The different crews that they have used have all been professional and capable; and the paid employees are hard working, friendly and do excellent work. You can tell that Glenn loves what he does by his enthusiasm throughout the entire process. We have appreciated the energy and excitement that Glenn has brought with him to our new home. We would highly recommend The Westchester Group to anyone who is considering doing renovations to their home.

We keep coming back to them because of their unique combination of building know-how and design sense. We've relied on them not to just "do the job," but to also help make our project special with design and building choices we would not have thought of. For example, adding skylights while doing the screened porch to make sure our living room remained bright and cheerful even with the addition of the porch which diminished light from that end of the room. The design and execution of the porch produced an outdoor room that is not only functional, but also beautiful. We're also grateful for their carpentry skill which enabled them to custom craft a stair railing, build us lockers for our mud-room area and nicely detail my son's bedroom with an unusual and very contemporary raised chair rail. They're small and the service is very personal. Sometimes it takes a little longer than with a big firm, but we also get the one-on-one service we could never get from a larger operation. Time and time again, they've sent a handyman to help me hang something I didn't have ready when they were here. Also, they come in with the true cost of a project to begin with. Any price increases were the result of me expanding the project or structural problems in my house. Their contract price is an accurate representation of what it will cost.
