We have engaged Eric Robinette to replace all of windows on the lower level of our house 6 years ago. Because of the outstanding work that he did for us, we called him back to replace all the windows on the top level of our house.
The vinyl windows that he installed were of TOP QUALITY on both double and triple panes. In my opinion, the windows were of better than Anderson or Pella. In addition to Eric's professional and pleasant demeanor, he did an OUTSTANDING quality job for us. He was timely, thorough, neat and most of all - his price was VERY competitive. You will not be disappointed.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE VINYL TOUCH!

I shopped around (a lot) and found that Eric was very professional, knew his business (inside and out) and offered me a reasonable price. Sometimes as consumers we (unfortunately) get what we pay for, other times we luck out. The latter was my experience with this job...
My window openings are anything BUT square; Eric laboriously worked to install the windows in these "nonsquare recesses" -- the windows look perfect. As a daughter of an engineer, I am my father incarnated and am as particular as he. When I say perfect, I mean perfect!
The window manufacturer needs to tweak a few things (not Eric's fault); he will be returning in the near future to fine tune the job once the window company resolves these issues.
I highly recommend The Vinyl touch -- Eric is a perfectionist!

Received very competitive pricing on new replacement windows and installation services. Professional, timely, and great looking windows and trim. Not sure the company is still in Haymarket.
