This is actually the third time that I've used The Owlam. The first time was in October 2010 to clean a 3100 sq ft home that was part of an estate. It had 50+ years of dirt, grime and pet hair. They did an AMAZING job cleaning every nook and cranny of the home. I even checked obscure places like the closet door louvers and the window sills/tracks and everything was spotless! The second and third time that I used The Owlam was in September and October for move out and move in cleanings, respectively. Again they did an incredible job and their prices can't be beat. The owners, Julio and Doris, are just the nicest, most trustworthy people you could ever meet. My husband, being in law enforcement, is very leary about letting people into our home, but he really liked them and suggested that once we get settled in our new house, bringing The Owlam in once a month to clean. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have a property cleaned before putting it on the market, moving in or turning it over for tenants. Prices are good and service can't be beat!
