Overall, the services were pretty good. Appt. was at 1p, they called at 1:15p to let us know they would be there in 30m. They missed our master bedroom closet, but once I made her aware, they went in right away. They were in/out in a little over 2 hours. Shower doors in master bath could've been cleaned a bit better, but overall, we were happy with this service. I will try them again.

They come out every two weeks to clean my house. I have a contract with them. I will use them again.

I'm having them come twice a month. I've been using them for several years now. I did have a situation with them. It never really did get resolved the way I would have liked. I had my grandmother's silverware that I used and I had them missing. Unless people from my apartment complex were breaking in and stealing stuff one piece at a time, I tend to think it was them. When I called up about it, they were sort of like, "Well, we'll ask the maids about it." Of course, they're not going to tell you, "Yeah. We stole."So, I ended up getting my team changed and I ended up really being careful about monitoring things and haven't had a problem since. I didn't really want to change because I was like, "Well, maybe it was just a bad act of that particular team." They did seem to alleviate the problem but I really would have liked something more because this was like irreplaceable silver. They don't do the best possible job. They do an okay job, but they don't put things back necessarily where they found them. They're kind of inconsistent about whether they put bags into trash one week and not the next week. I'm just not sure whether that's just this service or whether that would be any service. They do a better job than I would.

The original price I was quoted for move-out cleaning was $520.00 and while I thought it extreme, I wanted a professional cleaning so I agreed.  I was told that the ovens would not be cleaned unless the self-cleaning feature had been run (they said there is a problem with the chemicals if the oven has not self cleaned).  I had to move the initial appointment to a date after I had new carpets installed and a contractor had completed a lot of his work.  I stated several times that the carpets did not need to be vacuumed since they had been replaced and were new, but a great deal of time was invested in vacuuming anyway.  I was also disappointed that after the kitchen was cleaned, smudge marks remained on the cabinets and the wall plates.  The ovens were wiped out as promised.  I also noticed that some areas of the house were dusted, but others were not touched at all.  I had asked for the walls to be cleaned and misunderstood that they don't do that due to liability with potential paint damage. I noticed that the floors had been mopped, but in some spots there was dirt in the corners.  I also noticed that the cobwebs on the porch light by the front door were extensive and had not been removed.  I found a basement window left open, when I mentioned it to customer service they were adamant that they do not clean windows and had not touched them.  I was impressed with how responsive their customer service was to my complaints and their sincere attempt to address my concerns and make me happy.  As I live 50 miles from the house and would have to take off work to allow them access to the house again, I declined the offer and am in the process of completing the cleaning myself.  After discussion with a senior manager, it appears that I either misunderstood what services I was purchasing or I was misinformed.  I had wanted someone to clean windows, walls, floors and dirt leftover from the departing tenants.  The senior manager refunded $35 that he said was available through an an internet coupon, but refused to issue a larger refund.  This was an expensive lesson for me and I will never feel that I received $485.00 worth of cleaning and will not use them again.  They came highly recommended and I manage several properties, so I am disappointed.

Kitchen was very clean - sink, oven, fridge and counters. Half bath was also clean.
LR was clean except the floor next to the small end table (I assume they didn't move it). Floor was mopped but covered with small pebbles and debris when it dried. Seems as though the floor wasn't swept before it was mopped.
Shower still had mildew on the floor and in corners. Young lady said she did her best. I bought $3 cleaner from target afterward, scrubbed it myself and got it clean. I was a little disappointed. The whole reason I paid for a well respected, expensive service is because I didn't have time and thought professional maids would do a better job than me. They were on time, courteous and very respectful. They seemed very kind and left the house in decent shape but not as clean as I'd hoped. I did a quick once over before they left but wish I had more closely inspected.  They may be great for weekly or regular cleanings and I may go back to them for those services.  I would not use them again for a deep clean.

They did a pretty job. It took them about three hours to complete the job. There were no unexpected issues during the service. I would use them again if I was doing a big job like that.

They do a good job, they really do.  I used them for approximately 3 months every other week.  They do all the usual stuff, I suppose.  They don't go behind furniture, but they did do my daughter's loft bed (changed sheets, etc.).  I quit using them because the price is just too, too high . . . $165 for a townhouse!

They do a good job every time. They are prompt and friendly. I like their backpack vacuum as they get cobwebs in the ceiling as well as
clean the floors.

They’re very good.

They’re very reliable, do a very good job, look out for the details and do things that I never use to remember to do like dusting the molding around the top and bottom of the ceiling. They’re very thorough. I think I pay a little more because they know my house for a long time. They’re punctual. They change sometimes but if I call and request them to come earlier they do. They also leave lots of notes about things and ask questions of whatever.

I have used The Maids for a number of years. I have always been impressed with their service. They are trustworthy and do a great job. They are very easy to work with if you need to reschedule your cleaning.

We recently fired The Maids.  We had been using them for the past 5 years.  As of late, we saw the quality decrease signficantly.  Always in a rush; as a result, items were broken over the years.  The straw that broke the camels back was the last two cleanings; the first one we were home and had to call them back as they were running to their car; they missed the kitchen.  The very next cleaning we came home to a kitchen that didn't look like it had been vacuumed.  We are now going through Angie's list to find another cleaner.

Wow! This crew was wonderful. They cleaned everything! Including the insides of my windows! Great service, wonderful crew! If ever I was to employ a weekly or monthly service, this is the crew I'd call!

They are very good and are punctual.  Their prices are reasonable.   We are happy with the service.

They are pretty reliable. There is 3 or 4 crew members so they get the job done quickly. There have been a few situations where they have broken something, and they leave us a note and let us know they will reimburse and take care of it for us.  I have been using them for about a year.

I have been using them for many year now. They never let me down and I can rely on them. They are able to tolerate my dogs and cats that rome around the house while they clean.  I do not need to be here when they come by and I also like they bring their own cleaning supplies to do the job. If I leave notes, they take care of things I ask them to do.  Over the years, they have accomodated to my schedule.

They do a good job. They show up when they are suppose to and I can rely on them.  I have never had a problem and they seem to be careful with my things. There are four people that come to do the work and they work very quickly. Within an hour my home is clean.
