During the past several months I have received many telephone calls from "your tech support" informing me that I had a computer virus and that someone was trying to hack into my computer.  The caller earlier this week was adamant and insistent that I go to my computer, and presumably allow him to fix the problem, which I did not do.

Both times Patrick was available the same day. He is friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions. Each time he has gone above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.

Not only did Patrick have the computer repaired a couple of days earlier than he originally estimated, but he came to our home to pick it up -- and dropped it off when it was finished. The price was exactly what he quoted over the phone the day before he came to pick up the computer. He was prompt, courteous and professional throughout.

All was easy, emailed made the appointment.  Told him what we had and was looking for and we set the time.
He arrived on time, looked at all the equipment and told me what he was going to do.  Set the main server for the house and networked all the home computer through that.  Set the anti virus up, help improve some older computer by clearing out old software etc.
Now it all runs great and have complete control of what my kids are accessing and when.

Techs in cars did a wonderful job with the computers in my home. We had some difficult problems surrounding slow computers, networks, and wireless connectivity. They were very responsive and showed up when promised. We were surprised at how reasonable the price was.

Patrick Granhan is terrific. He is very knowledgeable and immediately he restored our sound on our computer
and checked our computer for virus and virus protection. While he recommended ESET which subscription
we thought we had renewed--due to a disconnect with that company--Patrick installed another search engine until we get our
billing situation with ESET sorted out (we had paid for it but they had no record and since ESET cannot be reached
by phone--we had to email them and apparently it takes a while to get a reply and we were in a hurry .
Patrick reformatted our desk top an he installed a better version of Microsoft Windows which works like a charm and he took our hard drive out to also reformat. Patrick had it back the next day.
I would say that Patrick's fee was very reasonable due to his expertise--we had been told by another tech that we
had to buy a new computer but with Patrick's skills--our computer is faster and more user friendly than ever before.
Patrick saved us a lot of money and in fact he said our computer that we bought and he installed four years ago
is of a higher quality than the new models out there now.
Patrick spent, I would estimate, including the two service calls and time spent here at least five hours getting
our computer straightened out--so we feel he certainly earned the fee he charged.
Actually, we had delayed calling him as we seem to need our computer every minute and there were so many
"bug" e.g., lack of sound that went un-addressed for almost 9 mos. by us.
Patrick is extremely reliable and an excellent "computer guy." He always aims to please and is extremely ethical.
While I like to ask a lot of questions, Patrick will just go ahead as I talk and straighten everything out. He is a man of few
words while he is working and so I just let him do his thing rather than distract him by questions.
