Superior Towing Service

We had an issue with our truck and had to park it in a parking lot and leave it overnight. I called our roadside assistance number the next afternoon and they contracted Superior Towing. I was called from an automatic scheduler and told 55 minutes until tow truck would arrive which was I was pleased with how quickly they responded. About 5 minutes after the automatic call, I got a call from someone at Superior Towing who said it would be faster if that was convenient for me which was even better--10 minutes. The truck was there when I arrived and it took less than 2 minutes for the whole ordeal. The driver was courteous and professional and quick. He took the keys and the truck and delivered both to the repair shop. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy the whole transaction was which was a huge relief.

Broke down on the Woodrow Wilson bridge and called these guys, very responsive. They sent out two trucks, one for my boat the other for my truck and they both arrived within 15 min give or take. I have them the keys and they had everything hooked up and driving down the road quick! I will use these guys the next time I need this service FOR SURE!!! Hopefully I won't but you never know!

Avoid using this towing company at all costs! I had a very unpleasant experience with them when they towed my car from a neighboring street. Since all of the parking spaces in my subdivision were taken last night, I had no choice but to park on a neighboring street. Once I found out that my car had been towed, I explained to them the unfortunate circumstances and asked if they could waive the impound fee. Needless to say, they refused to waive the fee, and they did not even offer me any kind of discount for my troubles. The manager of the company was a pain to deal with, and he made it clear that he was not going to make any exceptions. In addition, they would accept nothing but cash. Given the attitude I received, I would recommend that you use another towing company for your automotive needs!

Anthony was the individual who was dispatched to jump by car battery. My car was located in my garage and not only did I need my car jumped, my garage door was broken! Anthony was a great sport about everything. After getting my garage door open, he jumped my car battery and because my car is a hybrid the battery is not located under the hood but in the back of the car underneath the spare! So besides the car door challenges, and getting to the car battery, Anthony got the job done very quickly and had a great sense of humor about all of the obstacles. He was great to work with and I would call Superior Towing if I needed car help again.

My car broke down at my grand daughter's preschool in Chantilly VA. After checking out a few towing services on Angie's List, I went with Superior Towing. I went with them primary because of their fixed rate towing charge versus a hook up fee and per mile rate of their competitors. It was quite a bit less. They towed my car from Chantilly to my service station in Alexandria. I called them around 8:00 in the morning and they had my car there before 11:00 a.m. The driver was very courteous and professional. Their prompt service was exceptional. They truly are what their name implies SUPERIOR.

I called and got a price over the phone. They were able to set up the tow for the next day, knew that I would want a flat bed for my car and called me the next morning to make sure I was ready to go. This was exactly as easy and painless as it should have been.

A very positive towing experience. Called and set a time in 45 minutes to pick up a car. Truck showed right on time, was efficient in getting on truck and delivering twenty-five miles away at home. The truck dropped it in a yard (not on driveway) exactly where I wanted it. The paperwork took just a minute...and it was done. I was very pleased with the experience--much better than with other towing services I have used in past. Driver was very courteous, took the job at 8:00 pm without grousing, and performed in a very professional manner. Job was quoted at an acceptable flat rate up front which was significantly less that other estimates received.

The service of Superior Towing could not have been better on a rainy, cold November night.
