I bought a Living Social voucher for a house cleaning and never got past trying to set up an appointment with the rude staff. After a few days of going back and forth on times/dates, the staff insisted that I fax or scan in an information form with basic information that could have been transmitted through email. When I politely told the scheduler that I do not have a scanner or fax machine she told me it would be ok to submit through email. After receiving the email, she cancelled my appointment with less than 12 hours notice (after I had already taken off work to be home to let them in). When I asked about rescheduling, she told me they don't need customers like me and they can pick and choose who they work with. Even though she offered to refund my money, I had to go through Living Social to make sure the refund was issued.
