Patrick is fantastic. Very responsible, professional and courteous. He manages all property management aspects for my property including finding tenants, managing day-to-day issues and collecting rent. I dont have to do a thing - which is exactly what i was looking for! Patrick will email me if there ever is an issue as a courtesy but always handles the issue quickly and takes care of the tenants.
l don't live in the area so its nice to have a company where i know it will be handled in the right way and the rates are very reasonable.  I would highly recommend to anyone looking for real property management!

Everything was seamless, as Patrick gave us a room by room analysis of how to prepare the property to get the right tenants and the best price. He then coordinated everything with his vendors, all of whom were just as professional and caring toward the property and at very reasonable and fair prices. He processed and vetted all applicants, helped us review and find the right people to sign, addressed all of the lease terms and concerns by both parties, and then conducted all the move-in, payment, inspections, utility transfer, etc. making everything so easy on our part. Everything went extremely smooth. The owner Patrick Stoker is very easy to work with and really explains the entire process and more importantly keeps you updated throughout the entire process. When you call his phone he answers every time which was a pleasant surprise. I compared what other companies charge and they are by far the most fair for what they provide. When I needed repairs done to the property they where handled quickly and at a very reasonable price. All invoices and statements are available 24/7 on the website through my owners portal. No issues at all and I highly recommend them.
