They could fix their price point. Competitive pricing. It took about two hours to do the work, there were two people that came out. They do quality work and they also offer a yearly contract. That's the good thing. I had the option to extend mines into a yearly contract.

The one we got was not so good. They didn't do a good job. My husband said it was dirtier than when it started. We were disappointed that we did not have the same quality of product here in Virginia as we did in New York City. It was not good. They even left some streaks on the carpet. They were on time and professional. They just were not good. I would not use them again.

They have always been excellent. I have used them over the years. We have been here for 17 years and I usually get them to clean about a couple of years.

They are great. The quality of work is good but sometimes it’s hard to tell because carpets are never perfect when they are done.
