Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Friendly membership. You don't feel as though you have to already be in shape to be seen there! Gym newly updated. (Recent renovation of women's locker room, though, showing its wear way too soon.)

I love it.

This is a good club that is convenient to my office in Alexandria. I go at slightly off-peak hours, so I am always able to find equipment to use, and don't have to wait for treadmills. I find the staff to be friendly and welcoming, which I appreciate. The updated locker rooms are clean and well-maintained. They also are a pick-up location for Diet-to-Go meal plans. There is a good variety of equipment, free weights, and classes. There is usually street parking available within a few blocks. It's not the fanciest gym but certainly decent.

Everything about them is the best. It's the best health club I've ever belonged to. They are just over the top in terms of cleanliness and furnishing. Their personal trainer staff is the best I've ever seen. I consider it so good that I got my best friend also to come by one afternoon and I showed her the facility and she joined on the spot. So I have recommended it to friends.

I recently joined Tenley Sport and Health. Though it isn't cheap (what gym in DC is though?) the facility is clean, membership services (i.e., Roni) is excellent, and the people at the desk are always welcoming.

I like the atmosphere at this gitness center. It's clean, convenient to my home and the equipment is top notch. I have used a trainer there occasionally and have always been satisfied with the attention i have received.
Spinning classes are frequent and high quality and there is a variety of fitness classes going on throughout the day. The place is friendly and upbeat and meets my fitness needs.

They have a very good facility. It's very clean, well run and good machines. It's well kept up. The free weights are good, they have a good number of exercise cycles and they have a spin room that my friend really likes.

It is a full-service gym and it is nice. It has got all the equipment and you don't have to wait. They just remodeled it and I like it.

I actually joined the one in Old Town Alexandria, but you can go to any one with their membership. So it’s very nice. They are very convenient to where I live. I can walk there. The staff is really friendly. The facility is really nice and clean. They offer a lot of group fitness classes including yoga and body pump. I also like that you can go to any of their facilities with their membership. Some of their facilities have a pool and an indoor track. So you will find pretty much anything that you are looking for in anyone of their facilities. They have a lot of different things to offer. They have sort of like a day care program for anyone who has kids. They have activities and fitness stuff for kids as well. So the moms who want to go and workout are able to do that. There are a lot of available services that you probably won’t find at other fitness facilities. They are a little bit pricier and that’s the downside. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
