Job efficiently completed.

I scheduled an appointment to shred the papers at their location which was nearby. Took just a few minutes and the price was great. I would have spent days trying to shred all this at home.

The appointment was set up quickly; driving instructions were provided; everything unfolded perfectly. So much easier than the UPS Store or Office Depot.

Delighted with the service. I witnessed the documents being shredded and the customer service was really great! Thanks so much!

Scott was great, did all the work and seemed to want me to stick around until the shredding was done. I had about 250 lbs of paperwork to shred.

I asked to be present for the shredding and made an appointment with the company when the truck was present. I was early, and they took my documents in about 15 minutes. You walk out to the truck with your documents in a large bin. The bin is lifted into the truck mechanically and the documents are shredded. I saw mine go in. There was a bin by me that had been shredded one way. The operator then place that bin back into the truck to be shredded the other direction. Very nice people and I will use them again. They also take used cords, remotes, etc. for a fee.

I called and wanted to know about their services and learn how their services worked out. Very basic information, I had questions and I wanted to get very basic answers. My advice is never start off an answer with, "Obviously you don't know...." No - I don't know...that's why I called you in the first place!!!! The conversation was painful, he was very rude and chippy. I could not believe the poor customer services and lack of professionalism he had. YOU SHOULD BE NICE AND MAYBE YOU COULD GET MORE CUSTOMERS!!!! Don't bother calling ShredStation Express, Inc unless you want to be met with a rude, cranky and thoughtless individual. How they ever got on Angie's list - I will never know.

This was my first time at Shred Station Express. I had approximately 65 pounds of documents to be shredded. When I got there one of the men came out to my car and carried two bags of documents in to the store. The documents were weighed and while I waited for the return of my carry bags, they shredded everything while I watched. They were friendly and very professional. They also recycle computers, cartridges, and TV's just to mention a few. Nice to know when it's time to recycle electronic equipment. I will be going back!

I was in the middle of moving and decided not to ship any extraneous paper products. After separating out the non-essentials, I called around looking for someone who would shred while I watched. My job was small enough that they were agreeable to that, so I drove over and had that task checked off my to do list within the hour. My only comment is that the shredder only cut the paper into strips. in the long run, when I pay for shredding, I like to have it shredded into cross-cut pieced instead of into ribbons.

I did a little early spring cleaning and soon found myself with 5 filled boxes of paperwork that I wanted shredded. (These boxes are small 1.5cu moving boxes.) I called one company about them coming to my home. then I called ShredStation Express -- while they will come to my home, I decided to bring them in personally. Mary was very nice, helped me with the boxes, and even allowed me to watch her shred all of the material -- and offered to keep the empty boxes to recycle. I was impressed with the cost -- a different company has a standard $129 starting fee to come to my home -- I don't know what ShredStation Express' at-home shred costs are (don't know if they added a charge or not), but I loved the price -- all based on weight in the office. I was also very impressed by all of the other things they shred/recycle -- definitely a place I'll keep in mind for computers, phones, etc. All in all, it was a great experience and I would use them again anytime!

Great. Work performed when I watched. Double cut process for greater security. Very fast and efficient.

The equipment/truck was quite up to date. The price was much less than I have paid in the past for similar services

The van arrived on time. The driver swiped my credit card with a mobile devise and left. It was fast and so convenient!

Upon arrival I was greeted immediately. Paper was weighed and shredded. I was out the door within minutes. A very valuable service in a timely and friendly environment. They do more than shred paper, also dispose of many items. A list of services is available by visiting it online.

I received excellent and professional service starting from my first phone call with the representative. I was able to bring my boxes there and to watch while my papers were shredded. They were able to shred everything in an efficient and quick manner. I would definitely use them again.

We are very pleased with the arrangements, promptness, ease and speed with which it was all done. It took months, (actually years) to gather all of that shreddable paper, so it was miraculous to have it dealt with so quickly.
