Less than two weeks later we arranged for the install on Monday 6/2. He came out in the morning (~7a) and was done around 3p or so. During the install, he would take the time to answer any questions I had and as I watched the work being done, I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail by the installers. After a thorough demonstration of the system and programming of the thermostat, I was left with a quiet and efficient Heating and AC system. While Sherman's Heating and AC provides top-notch service at reasonable rates, they can be a bit rough around the edges. I, personally, do not mind this; however, if you're expecting the technician to slip on white over boots over their shoes to limit dirt in your house, you may want to call someone else. If you want straight answers from very knowledgeable folks with quick response times and reasonable rates, then Sherman's Heating and AC is your best bet in the Alexandria, VA vicinity.
