Responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintaining plumbing, electrical, and HVAC equipment Perform basic plumbing repairs such as replacement of shower faucets, bathroom sink, and kitchen faucets, toilets and snaking drains using the K-50, K-39 and K1500 snakes. Assist with maintenance and the upkeep of commercial & residential property Perform repairs on refrigerators, gas and electric stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposals, Perform repair On plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, water fountains, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps. Completed maintenance tasks to keep electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems operating at peak performance. Painted walls, ceilings, trim and doors and replaced fixtures to update building appearance.
