Servpro of Rose Hill Huntington Fort Hunt

I would highly recommend Servpro of Rose Hill. Paul and Alvin are wonderful. Their professionalism, integrity, and superior quality of work is unsurpassed. I give them a five star rating. I called Servpro after the death of my brother. Since I live out of town, I really needed a professional I could trust and depend upon. The scope of this job was immense. The townhouse was a REAL MESS both inside and out. I remember the Thursday morning I met Paul and Alvin at the unit. I apologized for the condition inside, but they assured me that they had seen worse. They went to work, and within a few days they had the townhouse completely stripped (they removed everything, carpet, appliances, counters, toilets, etc) and ready to renovate. I was please to learn Paul also does renovations. We walked the townhouse and talked about what needed to be done. Paul had great suggestions and insights for all our repairs and a unit refurbishment. We worked together to pick out flooring, (wood, tile, and carpet), fixtures, paint, granite countertop, and door hardware. He literally transformed this townhouse from a unlivable disaster to a beautiful home. Paul went above and beyond what I could have imagined or expected. Needless to say I was extremely please with the work done and I will always be grateful for Paul and Alvin’s assistance in my time of great need. Job exceedingly well done, thank you.
