+ -1 moreTerrible experience. Both sales representatives appeared that they didn't want to be bothered with customes. Among a number of other problems, the $49 screen protector I purchased cracked within the first two weeks I had the phone. I was unable to get back to the store until 31 days after purchase and I was told there was no recourse because I hadn't "registered" the screen within 30 days....the sales rep NEVER told me it needed to be "registered." I strongly urge you to drive a few miles more and go to an official Verizon store at the Pentagon City Mall where the representatives understand the term "customer service."
