Initially they were very responsive and fair; however, at times I felt like I was paying a large amount of money for a short visit.  It did not seem like there was any care given to the property and that the company was more concerned with getting their bills out than actually completing the work.  We have since switched to a new company.

.Excellent. Sean's team are always professional, courteous and neat. They do little extras like blowing dirt out of my driveway for no extra charge (and without my even asking). The clay soil around here is hard to grow new plants in, so I've had 1 Leyland cypress of 10 that were planted a year ago not make it, as well as a couple small holly bushes. Rosemont replaced them all, no questions asked. They are a wonderful company with integrity and I highly recommend them

The initial work was okay, for the price.  A crew of guys showed up and quickly got the job done within a few days.  However, the sod installation which happened the following week, in my opinion was not done as well as it should have been.  The follow-through was absolutely terrible.  No care instructions were provided to us, other than a one word email saying "water".  
The tree we had them install very quickly died, and the sod struggled greatly.  Emails from me asking them to come by and provide advice, AND to lock down a maintenance contract did not result in any follow-through.  They never invoiced us for the work, which struck me as odd, but some neighbors who use them had told me they take forever to invoice.  I figured they would wait to see what took and what died, fix it, and then invoice when everything was stabilized.  NOT THE CASE.  When I emailed Sean yet again about the fact that I have a dead tree in my front yard, the grass is not doing well, and that we'd like maintenance, he responded by demanding to know when I was going to pay my bill... in an extremely terse/rude email.  I told him that I'd pay the bill when I got the invoice.  He repeatedly claimed that he had already sent me the invoice, that he had just resent it, etc... Implying that I was dodging, and also basically refusing to discuss the yard until he got his money.  I had to chase down his people to send me the d*** invoice (a whole week later, and the yard looking even worse by this point).  His service gal finally sent me the invoice, apologizing that she had sent it to the wrong address.  I promptly paid it through his website (that had gone down and had to wait for it to come back up).  I then asked him to come by and talk maintenance and replacing the dead tree.  On Tuesday of that week, asked him to come by on Friday, at HIS CONVENIENCE to discuss.  I arranged to work from home that Friday, and he NEVER SHOWED UP, AND HE NEVER CANCELED.  HE JUST DIDN"T SHOW.  My yard now looks very rough, with a dead tree in front. And he never made it right.  Why spend over $5000 on my yard so it can look good for only a week?

Multiple instances of billing discrepancies such as double billing and even one instance of invoicing for mowing and leaves when there was snow on the ground. Their workers were incessant in entering the back of my property even though I don't have a blade of grass there and I instructed them not to. Apparently they pay at least one guy to wander about aimlessly with his blower. This resulted in the destruction of multiple plants and flowers. I was let go (as a customer) by them when I made noise over what I viewed as a billing error, i.e. padding. This is how they administer customer service.

They showed up when they said they would, they were courteous, professional, clean and prompt. They made my yard look beautiful! The price they charged seemed very fair to me. I would recommend them to my friends.

The service was awful.  For example, instead of mowing my yard, edging it, and cleaning up grass cuttings and weeds in one visit (for one fee), Rosemont sometimes came on three different days and billed me for three different visits.  The company also sent me multiple invoices for work never performed and would show up late for scheduled appointments.  The irrigation system Rosemont installed has flooded portions of my basement twice.  The company also charged me to install a portion of the system in spring 2014 that was not installed until spring 2015 after I complained numerous times. I regularly had to contact the company to correct billing and other problems, which required a time investment far greater than needed on my part.  Although friends recommended the company to me, whatever decent service they may have provided in the past seems to have evaporated.  I would not recommend them.

This company was very professional. They were prompt, responsive and pleasant to deal with. They left everything very clean. I will absolutely hire them again. The price was fair.

We did an extensive landscaping renovation which involved expanding our patio, removing all our grass and installing a sprinkler system and putting down fresh sod, as well as installing some new plants and screening. The work looks beautiful and it was difficult as we have a lard yard that was really in rough sape.

They were very responsive to every question and the work was completed as promised on schedule.

We would definitely recommend!

We've used Rosemont for spring/fall yard cleanups, mulching, and pruning for several years now. The cost has always competitive (the reason we originally tried Rosemont was that their quote came in hundreds of dollars below another company we had been using for several years and we felt was over-charging), they are prompt, and the owner (Sean) is responsive to any needs. We'll keep using them.

Crew of eleven showed up bright and early at 8 in the morning to get started on a two-day job. The team worked hard all day long (until after 7PM) and did a very professional job. They showed up again the next morning with a smaller crew, but the same get-it-done attitude. The foreman was responsive to my requests and answered any questions I had. They were very detailed in their work and made sure that they left nothing except a landscaped and clean property when they were done. I would say they went above and beyond what can be expected and would definitely call on Rosemont LC again for any future landscaping jobs.

Along the way, they were very responsive to our changes and opinions and were overall great to work with. Plus, their quote was about half of what another vendor came out to, so when we added and clarified what we wanted, the slight increases were still well below what we would have been charged.

They're always on time. They do a very good job. They bill online. It's just easier to deal with them. They email you their invoice and you can pay online. I think their pricing is pretty competitive for the size of lawn that we have. I'll probably be using them again this spring.

Sean and his team are great. My goal was to plant tall shrubs along the base of my house to hide the concrete foundation, but I had no vision for what I actually wanted. I also needed a stump removed. I made an appointment with Sean, for which he arrived right on time, and he came up with some excellent suggestions for my yard. His quote was very competitive, and I requested to get on his scheduled to get the work done. On the day of the project the team showed up promptly at 8am and operated like a well-oiled machine. They worked quickly and efficiently, and performed beyond my expectations, i.e. edged my walkway, which was not at all part of the project, and spread grass seed where there were empty patches. Months later, the shrubs and trees Rosemont planted are thriving, when everything I plant myself seems to die... I wouldn't hesitate to call Sean in the future for any landscaping needs.

Overall they did a great job. Sean was very professional and gave me a prompt response and a good price. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to the patio to fix it and make it right. The only downside was that after discussing the entire project details with Sean, I never saw him here at my house with his crew. Consequently, I had to re-explain several details to the project foreman that I had discussed with Sean. The foreman was very cooperative and listened to everything I wanted or needed to have done without complaint. Also, the project took a little longer than I had hoped. After a few weeks when they had not come to finish the project, I had to call the office to find out when they were going to come back to finish up. A little disappointed on those few details, but overall a good experience and I would use them again in the future.

We were contemplating putting in either a patio or a deck, and we consulted with several companies for design ideas and estimates. Rosemont offered the most competitive price, and we had seen some of their other work and were impressed with the results. Selecting Rosemont was an easy choice.
The work was done in two parts. The first part consisted of tearing out our 20+ year old fence and replacing it with a new fence, and also constructing a front gate to add extra privacy. The work was done quickly and beautifully. There was one small snafu that involved part of the fence being built backwards - it's hard to describe, but it was built with the wrong side facing the house. Sean offered to redo the entire fence at no cost to us to correct the error. Since the price of the fence was over $3,000, we were impressed by that offer. However, we worked with him to find an alternate solution that didn't require going to that extreme measure, and we were very happy with the end result.
In part 2, the team worked diligently over the course of the week to install our patio - from excavation, to leveling and preparing the surface, to installing the pavers. They put in 12 hour days every day for a week - from about 7 am to 7 pm. They worked fast but were detail oriented, and the final product is perfect. The precision of the work was amazing. In several places, they needed to cut the pavers to fit around various pipes, and every paver was cut perfectly.
Throughout the process, we asked for a couple of add-ons, such as including a built-in bench, constructing a lattice enclosure for our utility meters, rebuilding a window well that was too large, and taking out an old flower box to extend the length of the patio. Sean was accommodating of all of these requests, and each piece of the work was done just as we had requested - and sometimes better than we had described it!
We would not hesitate to use Rosemont again or to recommend their services to anyone else.

It took a little while to get the initial estimate, but Sean was very easy to work with and his price was very reasonable--I also got prices from two other Angie's List providers. A crew of four came to do the work and spent a good half-day cleaning up what had become a very overgrown part of our yard. They took away a lot of material, carefully applied mulch, and improved the look of this area of the garden 100 percent! They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

They're a good quality but the only problem that I have with them is that every time they quoted the price raise than I thought it would be.They charge fair but the problem is the first time when they did the fence the price should be 450 but he set me a bill for 550. I went to my real estate agent who did a lot of work then they end up charging me what he said he charge me 450. Then the second time I dealt with him he said he's gonna charge me 350 then I get a bill for 425. They're always trying to raise the charge up.
