General Remodeling
Mr. Hampton misrepresented his workmanship guarantee. Less than six months after completion of the project, it was discovered that a leak in garage ceiling was a result of his plumber not using the correct part upon installation of the bathtub faucet. Mr. Hampton acknowledged that his plumber was at fault and requested that I send him the plumbing and ceiling repair receipts for reimbursement. Mr Hampton has not taken action to reimburse and appears to be ignoring the issue. A complaint has been registered with the Better Business Bureauand I am preparing to take action in small claims court.
