Excellent job

Fabulous. This was a hassle free exchange. They came when they said they would. They submitted a proposal--both hard copy and electronically, and then resubmitted it when we asked for changes. They were courteous, scheduled promptly, and the quality of the work was top notch. At the end they sent a very detailed invoice electronically, complete with the receipts for reimbursement for permitting scanned and attached to the email. Truly, it's rare that a construction project is done so effortlessly. It seems like a small detail, but I really appreciated their attention to paperwork. Permitting was simple, and they seem to have an expeditor who knows what he/she is doing. They were great communicators. We definitely plan to use them again.

From the start Ron was a pleasure to deal with and put our minds at ease during a very stressful time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just started taking care of things as soon as we hired him. He also dealt with the insurance company to make sure they priced and scoped the repairs appropriately. The work started and proceeded quickly, and the quality of work was excellent. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately, and Ron made sure we were kept aware of schedule each week. Russell, the site supervisor, was excellent as well. I will be calling Ron the next time we have work to be done and highly recommend him to others,

Everything they did or managed was excellent. They were efficient and timely and their work was very professional (I'm relatively knowledgeable about carpentry work, but this job was too big (and too high) for me to do on my own). On top of that, they cleaned up thoroughly every day, and when the job was done, it was as if they were never there...except for the beautiful like-new woodwork around the house. I'd recommend without question.

They did good work and the product was good. I would recommend them to others. I feel their prices were reasonable.

Meeting with Ron, the owner is a very positive event. He in charming, knowledgable and he listens to the problem.

Ron gave me an estimate in 48 hours and then lived with in that estimate. He gave me a start and finish date and he lived within those dates.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with the project quality and performance.

Outstanding general contractor; Ron has done great work for us on several projects. His employees and sub-contractors all perform top-notch work and are a pleasure to work with. He runs a tight ship and has met or exceeded expectations on quality and time to complete the scope of work. Very highly recommend him for major renovations.

RJS was amazing. Ron finished the job in less time than he told us, and it was professional in every way. The arrived early, stayed late, and basically did everything they could to get us in the space in a timely manner. We felt lucky throughout the process that we had picked such a great contractor. Will definitely use them again when we do a more extensive remodel of our home!

Not a lot of attention paid to matching finishes such as light switches etc. Difficult to get the owner on the phone to address issues, could only get him on the phone when we stopped paying him on time.

They were excellent, and we really liked them. Their price was reasonable. We will use them again in the future.

He subcontracted the plumbing and electrical, but he and his project manager, Bob, oversaw everything. Bob was excellent. They were always on time and worked full days. They were very particular, making sure the job was done right. They are neat. They made suggestions and with their experiences I usually thought they sounded good. They have been very pleasant to deal with, not overbearing. I would feel very comfortable referring them to anybody. I would absolutely hire them again.
