Overall, they did a great job of skim-coating and painting some seriously messed up 70-year-old drywall walls in multiple rooms. Conscientious, professional and flexible to accommodate changing needs throughout the process.

Rasca and his team met and exceeded out standards for a fence repair and sectional replacement this last November 2020. My HOA removed a large pin oak tree and stump, which required the removal of the corner of my fence. Rasca and his team were able to replace the removed section after extensive searching around the DMV. The team did a great job power washing the current fence, realigning the gate, and sealing/staining. Even though I had to travel, Rasca kept a great line of communication about the progress, challenges, and recommendations to fulfill my request. I highly recommend Renovation Service Group, LLC because Rasca will deliver your request and and provide you with a product that'll you be proud of. In the future, I know I will highly consider re-hiring RSG, LLC for future outdoor/indoor services because I trust the quality of the service and appreciate the phenomenal level of communication.

RASCA and his team were on time and I can comfortably say that he loves to over communicate which is so so rare in his industry. I got an agenda for whatâ s next a night before and the morning of! He took feedback and made sure I understood why and how of whatever I didnâ t understand. The team is professional, kind and they became like a family to my family after a few weeks. Rasca and his team was helping with a Leak coming from an outside dormer and caused damage in the living room ceiling. Rasca and his team did a superlative job. He gave us outstanding communication throughout the process, contacting my sister and I on the arrival times and details every step of the way. He would introduce who was working on the job every morning and looked for feedback. He double checked everything daily and he and his team kept the work area clean. His team was exceptional on the work and was upfront from start to finish. He is extremely courteous and explained everything in detail, so we understood what was going on. He felt the job was not complete until it was tested thoroughly. I echo all the other previous comments made on his demeanor, work, and communication. His prices were reasonable and his upfront review and the detail on the contract and estimate was very well laid out. He is very honest and hard-working individual, and I can say, he does not disappoint; it is the best I have seen in some time. If you are looking for a stand up individual and company, he will not disappoint. We plan to use him for future projects. I would rate him a 5 as outstanding. My mother was extremely pleased with everything. I would recommend him in a minute.

Rasca and his team did an outstanding job. Rasca maintained exceptional communication - contacting me every morning to let me know what time the team would be arriving to begin work, the game plan for the day and to check on how I thought it was going. He would then check in everyday at lunch, stopping by to bring his team lunch and check on the progress. Finally, Rasca called every evening at end of each day to recap progress, talk about what the plan for the next day was and get feedback. The team s attention to detail was amazing and whenever I asked for particular attention on an area, Rasca s team worked it. I also noted issues during the painting process, alerted Rasca and he immediately got the team to work it. I would hire RSG again in a heartbeat for other renovation tasks.

Renovation Service Company performed a window sill repair in my kitchen. We discussed the scope, and RSC sent someone who fixed it so you can't tell it was ever damaged. The technician was friendly, very efficient, and cleaned everything up. The price was quite fair and exactly what was estimated. Communication was clear and the owner followed up to make sure I was happy with the work. I'll definitely use them again.
