I've used Renorr several times and they have always exceeded my expectations.  The home deck looks great after their service.  I highly recommend Renorr for any home deck repairs or services.

Service was on time and professional.  The price was what had been quoted. 
Follow-up work that will be needed on painted trim was pointed out to homeowner.
The work was done well and the site was left clean.  
I trust this provider as an expert who can care for EIFS exteriors.

Perfection. Owner Greg came out promptly to estimate, explain and schedule the work. He called 15 minutes beforehand to confirm. On the day scheduled, he called to let me know when John, the gentleman who did the work, was on his way. John did excellent and careful work. I've had power washing of the brick done before, only to have our house end up covered with splashed up mud. John knew what he was doing with the brick pavers, which do not have mortar between them. Also, he put in extra, and unanticipated, effort to empty the fountain basin so he could clean it. The wet vac we supplied was missing a part and so it was a labor intensive job. No complaints from John (although I would have, had it been me!) It was great to have the black mold and algae from past seasons erased. Once the power washing was done, John went around and wiped down anything that got splashed. The work was completed in the time estimated. I was very pleased to see owner Greg Reveles return to inspect the work at the end of the job. Two pleasant men and one great job done. I was very happy, also, to receive a 10% discount on the job. Highly recommend this company and these people.

No one was at the church when the process was carried out, but they said it would take a whole day.  When we came to the church on the weekend, we were delighted to see everything clean and looking like new. The EIFS (imitation stucco), which is delicate and must be washed with care, was in good shape and prepared for the new icons that we were planning to install over the door and windows.
I would definitely recommend Renorr Dynamics to anyone who needs power washing.

Greg and his crew just took 10 years off the appearance of my home exterior. i was on vacation when the work was done so I can't tell you much about the process, but when we returned home everything they touched was spotless.
Greg has worked for my neighbor and a few of my customers over the past 10 years but this is the first time I hired hime to do something for me. I couldn't be more pleased, he followed up a few days after I got home to make sure I liked everything I saw; mid you this was AFTER he'd been paid..that speaks volumes. 

Prior to the job was explained in detail what I could expect and how long it would take and what we could expect. 
During the Job: The tech that came out was well versed in all aspects of his job and walked me through the process of the cleaning all the way thru the application of the sealant. Explained in detail what was allowed and when the pets could walk on it. We have a dog and that was a concern. Also took the time to keep from having the oil based sealant from getting all over the place. Very clean work and attention to detail.  
Company is willing to work with you and help you to get the job completed. At the time we had this work completed there was weather issues and they worked around our schedules.
