Contractor has been fined and cited for not having license. His co-worker has been was deemed guilty of identity theft in another situation. However she was the leader in the companies they represented. We worked with the Dept of Prof Regulation to get the case into court. Judge ruled in our favor and Contractor was ordered to pay restitution. Paid two payments and now has defaulted. These people are criminals. Company was attracting clients via CraigsList. Do not believe they are in business under this name now. DO NOT WANT NAME AND ADDRESS SHARED WITH PERPETRATORS AS THERE IS LEGAL ACTION. CANNOT RATE UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS.
Description of Work: Installed hardwood floors as one part of overall condo rehab. Work was shoddy and incompleted. Floors uneven. Did not leave any materials behind for repairs. Remaining jobs in the rehab were not done because company attempted to install used cabinets in kitchen and other marginalized materials and fixtures/items we did not select. Refused a refund. Check for refund returned NSF and then with a stop payment. NUMEROUS company names and principal names to confuse who was responsible.
