Remodeling with Xavier

Good, work.

I really appreciated Xavier’s quick response and great communication. He arrived on time to fix my drywall, which I value since many repair people often show up much later than scheduled. From start to finish, I was more than pleased with his work. He did a thorough job, cleaned up well afterward, and kept his word throughout the process. I was very impressed and would definitely call him again if I need help in the future.

I really dont want to share my experience out of fear that Xavier will be too busy to help me in the future, but he definitely deserves an honest review. Xavier is extremely responsive and honest. I received quotes from about 3 contractors and they all lived up to what everyone hates about contractors, especially when you are a woman. Xavier was different, he was timely. He worked every moment he was in my home. I’ve had experiences with contractors where they left my job and wasted time. He was respectful and accommodating. I provided the material and didn’t have enough. Ultimately, the floors had to be special ordered. Xavier refused full payment until he completed the job. When I notified him that the floors were in. He came back to my home the very next day to complete the job after he picked up the floors from the store. He bought another installer with him and started work around 9am. They completed the job that Xavier started alone, for the same rate.

I'm very happy I chose Remodeling by Xavier to do a couple of small jobs for me. Xavier arrived on time, went straight to work, completed the tasks efficiently and thoroughly and left work areas clean and tidy. Xavier has a very pleasant demeanor. I will definitely engage him again on other jobs I'm planning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Xavier displayed a very pleasant anf polite demeanor. We talked about some other work i.might have coming up and I plan to engage Xavier again, and would unhesitatingly recommend his services to others.

Xavier was the first to respond with a quote, and his price was very reasonable. He arrived on time, worked fast, and was a true professional. I look forward to hiring him in the future. He also seems like a nice person. Placed a drop cloth under his tools to protect my floors. You won’t regret hiring him!

I highly recommend Xavier’s handyman services. He performed several jobs in our home including shower caulking, door repairs, patching walls, electrical work, hanging curtains and assembling furniture. All work exceeded our expectations and was performed in a timely and professional manner, including clean-up! He is very responsive, pleasant to work with, and fairly priced. I cannot recommend him enough and will be using his services on a regular basis!

Xavier is an amazing craftman...carpenter...electrician...drywaller...painter ...etc. and his work is always impecablee, over the top and beyond your home improvement expectations. We bought a new home that needed some upgrades. Xavier came and seem to read our minds about what we had a vision for it to look like. He took what we asked and gave us beyond, along with wonderful prices for the work. I wil) post some pictures just for an idea of this fascinating craftsman experience with is.

1st he was super responsive. 2nd was ready to do the work. I made myself available for home come out and see what needed to be fixed. He asked was today a good day to fix. 2hrs tops my furniture was repaired and rhat with him going to HomeDepot to grab what he needed. I would recommend Xavier to anyone and everyone. I like proactive and efficient professionals.

Xavier is a reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced handyman. He is there when he says he's going to be there, the costs are what he says they will be, and if he does run into unexpected challenges (which definitely happen with older houses like ours), he's very transparent about what he found, what he recommends, and what the options are. Would absolutely recommend.
