Very Well- They actually answered the phone and had someone come out to my house for an estimate the same day and better yet, the work was also performed the same day.

Terrific. Bob was out to give me a quote within a couple of days of calling him, workers were there within a week of my initial call. The work looks great and was very reasonably priced.

Both landscaping projects went exceptionally well. Bob himself showed up personally and reached out a number of times in the design phase to confirm our needs and offer advice on the design. He offered creative solutions to keep the price as reasonable as possible for such a large effort. He also brought in one of his foremost experts, Jeff, who advised on the design and led the work itself. Bob was there to inspect and ensure everything was done to our needs, and carefully explained what was next. Merkli Inc. is not one of these landscaping conglomerates that's plastered all over the Web with a zillion ratings and kiss-*** reviews, but they are very personable, very capable, and willing to do whatever is needed to make the customer happy.

We had to clean up places they missed. They come regularly and they don't do more than we asked. We're quite satisfied with them. They're local and they're two miles from us. We're quite satisfied with the price. The quality was good. Their responsiveness has always been fine. We've been using them for a couple of years now.

We have used the services of R Merkli Inc for at least 10 years on a weekly basis. No job seems to be too small or too difficult. The guys are always pleasant and cheerful, and very efficient. They go above and beyond by performing duties such as winding in hoses and removing kids toys before they mow and cleaning up the debris. If I need an extra job done it is always worked into the schedule. We couldn't have done without them.

Excellent experience from start to finish.  I have hired them to take care of my yard year round as well as fertilization and weed/pest control.

He was very professional. He was able to meet me at the same day that I called. He offered the best price. He was very flexible as far as methods of payment. He would allow me to pay with a personal check or I could pay it online whereas the other companies would oftentimes back you into a contract so they can automatically deduct from your credit card regardless of the service. He's really helpful. He offers a lot of other services as well as far as outdoor things. We've had him clean out our gutters for a reasonable price which was good. He lives close by to where I am.

Bob's team was fantastic. They made sure the house looked great and did the work required, but didn't do extra work just to charge me more.  A couple random issues came up that we hadn't discussed his team taking care of and he found the right materials and men to take care of it.  I know the work I'm writing about is old but I did not know Bob was on Angie's list. I'm glad he is so other people can benefit from his business.  They do outstanding work and he is the first guy I call when I need the kinds of services he provides.

I recommend him without reservation.

Needed a lawn cutting service; called Merkli from Angie's list because he is located close by. He came by personally and we negotiated a contract. He's a very pleasant man to deal with, and the price was comparable to what I have paid in the past. A couple days later (yesterday), he brought the chief of his cutting crew by to show him the job, and said they would do the job in the next couple of days. This morning three very nice, uniformed crew showed up and did the job, a large yard, in less than an hour - complete with edging and cleanup. I am very pleased.

The Merkli Company did a wonderful job. The office staff were great to work with and got us on their schedule quickly. The owner came out himself to give us the estimate. The foreman on our job was great and explained the process. The staff who worked on our yard and deck were professional and courteous. The job was done on time with the schedule we set with the owner. The workers were neat and did not leave messes behind. We would definitely hire them again. Quality service, great family owned business. I also know they give back to the community. I have seen their name on the back of a t-shirt for a school running club.

They were excellent. I plan to use them next year as well. They were on time and easy to work with. They were above the top and really cared about what they did. They were reasonable.

They have above the top service. They are picked up my contract from another lawn care service, and they kept the contract the same. I have hired Scotts to and fertilize my lawn, when  R Merkli Inc came it compliments the service Scotts provides.  You can definitely see the difference in my lawn. They customer service is great.  Everyone you come in contact with in this company is very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to speak with. They have 100% honored the contract from the precious provider.  They are very trustworthy and honest.  They come when they say they will and do everything on the contract.  They are excellent and do great work.

The owner -- Mr. Merkli, (or Bob as he insisted I call him) came out on very short notice.  I was impressed that the owner of the business came out himself.  I was only able to give them 3 days notice before I needed the work done.  He came out, looked at everything and gave me what I thought was a very fair price. 

When the crew showed up (lead by Juan) I was impressed even more.  I spoke with Juan and told him some last minute things I needed to add.  All the work was done ahead of schedule.  Here is the best part. They cleaned up after themselves, even blew off my driveway, my sidewalk, and my deck. 

I could not be more impressed with Mr Bob Merkli and his great team.
