I met with Jean Byrd, the owner of Pure Eco Cleaning, for a cleaning consultation on 10/30/15. Very pleasant and professional and first monthly cleaning was scheduled for 11/4/15. First cleaning and second cleaning on 12/2/15 were excellent. The third scheduled monthly cleaning was scheduled for 12/30/15 but was rescheduled by Pure Eco a couple of times and finally occurred on 1/8/16 (Jean was the one that actually did the cleaning, not sure what happened to her team). My next cleaning was scheduled for 1/27/16 but due to the DC area blizzard, I called and emailed Jean on 1/25/16 to check if she wanted to reschedule based on road conditions, etc. and received no response. I have since sent two additional emails from 1/27/16 with no response as of 2/3/16; I had included in my last email whether I should hire an alternate cleaning service at this juncture. Ironically, Pure Eco touts a "Guaranteed Cleaning Day" if they miss a regular cleaning but the reality is that a customer can never use this guarantee as Pure Eco never shows up, on either the scheduled cleaning day or otherwise.
I am very disappointed with Pure Eco's absolute lack of response in light of an initially positive experience. I have no idea if this company has abruptly went out of business or otherwise. This company should be avoided.
