The sweaters were cleaned. My only complaint was that the pockets of the sweater were not pressed correctly, leaving me with uneven/floppy pockets.

Best business in Alexandria.  Great outreach to the community. They employ the local kids from TC Williams high school .  I actually look forward to going there on Saturday morning.   BTW because I get on the road early they accept drop offs very early in the am 6:30am   It makes it a breeze.   I would not hesitate to recommend this business.  ON pricing ....I do not know if they are less or more expensive ....I find dry cleaning to be pricy to begin with ...But you need to get it right and I am willing to spend a little extra to have it done right.

This may not be the cheapest dry cleaner, but I was VERY happy with the results of their cleaning. Previous dry cleaners have shrunk items. Everything I left with Presto Valet was cleaned and in perfect shape when they returned it to me. I will definitely give them my spring cleaning items again next time!

The dry cleaning went well as usual.  The tuxedo came back and looks wonderful and fits much better now.  My weight loss had made it look rather baggy before these alterations.
The work is done on time.  They are not the cheapest dry cleaners around, but how many expensive ruined items does it take to make it worth the extra cost?  One in our case.

This is the first review I have ever written and I am inclined to do so because of the impeccable service at Presto Valet.  I have been searching for a dry cleaner for the past 4 years that could handle expensive, delicate pieces like cashmere and St. John knits.  I finally found one and I cannot say enough about Presto Valet.    This is the first dry cleaner to take the time to measure pieces before cleaning so they can ensure it is restored to its original shape before returning it to you.  My clothes are always ready on time and they are excellent about helping me carry large loads to my car.  Anything I've ever left in the pockets (cash, credit card, receipts) has always been returned to me.If there are imperfections (slight tears, holes), they call to inform me that they are repairing them.  Also, I've very picky about pressing, particularly the crotch area where pants tend to wrinkle the most...many cleaners don't press the entire length of the pant, leaving the creases that always form from sitting.  Presto presses the entire length of the pant, giving you that complete crisp look when you get dressed in the morning.  While they are on the pricey side, it is well worth it when you don't have to worry about the money you would waste if the garment was ruined.

Presto Valet provide very good dry cleaning services. I read in Angie's List that they are not the lowest price in town, which was true, but the cleaning that they did was first grade. And they are very friendly, they ask you questions about if there are spots whether we should remove or do you need some special treatment with these buttons and other things; I appreciated that. They have quite a following for those same reasons. They take that extra step to give the customer more than average service. They invite your questions and concerns, they don't just take your cloth and give them back.
