PRESLEY'S HOME IMPROVEMENT

Horrible My week and half job stretched into three weeks and it still isn't done - Jerry routinely showed up at noon, later or not at all I think he was in over his head on replacing the bathtub (installing the tub without the drain was my first clue) He showed absolutely no respect for me or my property He was paid for several hundred dollars worth of work that was never completed He just left the job one day and I had to track down someone to find out what happened and get my key back. I finally got someone else to install the bathtub, tile and toilet, but it cost me an extra $500 and I still have to paint the bathroom. He lost receipts for materials yet expected to be reimbursed, even for tools that he kept. I do not believe he presently is capable of committing to a job or completing work correctly and safely.

Not well. We made several appointments for an estimate, but he never showed up. He finally told me that he was too busy to do the job, but he could recommend a friend who could do it. We set up an appointment, but he never showed up. We agreed to try again, but not only did he not come, I never heard from either guy again. I used Angie's List to find another guy who came the day I called and did an excellent job.

Mr. Presley answered the first time I called and scheduled a same-day appointment for an estimate. Upon arrival, he was friendly, yet professional. We were happy with his flexibility to work around our schedules. He returned an estimate less than 48 hours later, and upon our accepting, began work within a week. He completed all work in a timely manner and cleaned up after each day. We are now enjoying our beautiful new bathroom.
