The minor repair they performed was fine, but for the second door they quoted a new high end opener that did not include the programmable code lock. Eastern Door in Vienna came out and said it was just the logic board and, for $300 less than a new opener, replaced it along with the switch and the technician even helped me with programming the Home link on the car.

They showed up on time and the estimate was in line with industry standards. They didn't try to upsell us on anything.
